Elspeth Storm Slayer does not make extra tokens for Taigam, Master Oppostunist's suspend tokens
To reproduce:
1. Have Elspeth Storm Slayer and Taigam, Master Opportunist on the board
2. Cast a second spell in one round
While Taigam's suspend makes a token version of the second cast spell, Elspeth does not copy it.

Copies of permanent spells enter as tokens when they resolve. They are not created. So any replacement effect looking for tokens being created see nothing when such a spell resolves.
