Can't destroy unholy annex by using "karn sylex" nor "blast zone" when "ritual chamber" has been activated.
Can't destroy unholy annex by using "Karn sylex" nor "Blast zone" when "ritual chamber" has been activated. Even by paying the correct amount of mana to trigger Karn Sylex or Blast zone Unholy annex still remains in play.

Unholy Annex/Ritual chamber with both doors unlocked has a mana value of 8, the sum of both halves. So Karn's Sylex and Blast Zone need a value of 8 to destroy it.
