When Magus of the Moon has lost all abilities from kasmina's transmutation, all non-basic lands remain mountains. if it loses all abilities, then why do they stay mountains?

Because type changing is a layer 4 effect, ability losing happens in layer 6. So the effect has already been applied when the ability generating it is lost. And timestamps don't matter, because the effects happen in different layers. Time stamps only matter within the same layer.
