Betor, Kin to All
Betor, Kin to All should be activating LAST, not first, in the stack order. So many cards give +1/+1 counters at the end of turn, which means it would benefit his trigger to be last on the stack. This is a problem with the auto sorting stack effects MTGArena has.

First, you can disable the autoordering of triggers in the settings menu.
Second, order of triggers is irrelevant here. Betor's trigger has an intervening-if clause, which means, that condition must be true at the time of triggering or the ability does not trigger (it also has to be true when the trigger resolves or it does not). So any end of turn triggers that would make your creatures bigger come too late. You can think of the if-clause as an additional condition to trigger the ability, and all must be true.
