Tractor Beam stoppping Ragost untapping itself
In EOE draft, I stole a Ragost, Deft Gastronaut with a Tractor Beam, and on my opponent's turn I sacrificed a Dubious Delicacy to gain 3 life. Expectation is for Ragost to untap itself on my opponent's endstep since Tractor Beam should only stop my untap step, but it remained tapped.

Did your sacrifice and gain 3 life IN the end step? Then the opportunity to trigger had already past. You need to gain life BEFORE the end step begins.
