the dominion bracelet
"The Dominion Bracelet" does not allow you to see the opponents' cards or cast their spells when it's activated and you're controlling their turn. If you're controlling your opponent's turn, you should have the ability to see and cast their spells. I believe this is a bug.

I am not able to activate Dominion Bracelets ability. During my pre or post combat phase, when attempting to activate the cards ability, it only gives me the option of equipping it to another creature.
