ultima zoetic
After casting Ultima, Zoetic Glyph's triggered effect (when it goes to the graveyard) is incorrectly happening. Ultima ends the turn and such effects are never supposed to happen.

Ultima destroys creatures and artifacts, then ends the turn. The Zoetic Glyph is NOT destroyed, and is NOT put into the graveyard, before Ultima ends the turn. So there is no trigger to cease existing. It is when state based actions are checked during the ending of turn procedure that the Glyph goes to the graveyard and triggers. And such triggers do go on the stack, Ultima does not stop them. Only triggers that happen before the turn gets ended cease to exist.
