Doppelgang with Omniscience
If you have Omniscience out, it does not allow you to cast Doppelgang. Despite having the mana to do so. It only allows you to play it for free, which does not allow you to pay mana to copy the spell.
This is broken. I should not be punished by the game for having enough mana to cast Omniscience.
There needs to be an option for Doppelgang to allow you to spend the mana if you have Omniscience out.

Hi, I found a solution on Reddit: You have to press the CTRL key before casting a spell with X mana cost. This gives you "full control." Then you can choose whether to cast the spell with an additional cost or alternatively for 0.
