Enchantment - Aura Card "Ordeal of Nylea" not triggering properly.
Specifically, when you apply multiple Ordeals on the same creature and attack, all of the +1/+1 Counters will be added correctly, but the second action, which allows you to pull two lands from your library and place them onto the battlefield does not trigger for the second card.

I have seen the same thing happen even on having 2 of these trigger off of 2 different creatures.
I have also seen it where the landfall on the second creature never triggers,
Example : Sazh's Chocobo and Tifa Lockhart both have (2) +1/+1 counters and both have the Ordeal Of Nylea Enchantment applied. And are attacking.
Ordeal Triggers for the +1+1 counters on both and then gets sacrificed on the Chocobo and I pull 2 lands. The Landfall triggers on the Chocobo.
Tifa doesn't double her Power off the 2 land fall and her Ordeal gets sacrificed but never triggers a second 2 land pull. If they are split by a turn both happen properly.

The creature has to have 3+ counters while the trigger is resolving, after it placed the +1/+1 counter. So a second Ordeal cannot give its counters in time to get the lands from the first.
