Invasion of Tarkir dealt more damage than it should have
I was playing a match in Historic Ranked. On the previous turn, the opponent had played Invasion of Tarkir, revealed a dragon card, and destroyed my creature with 3 damage. Fine. On the next turn I played a 4/4 creature. Opponent then played another Invasion of Tarkir, revealed ONE dragon card, but my creature was dealt 4 damage instead of 3, killing it. ONLY ONE CARD WAS REVEALED. The value of X is the number of cards revealed during that spell resolution NOT THE TOTAL number of cards revealed on all turns. There is a bug in the way the damage is being calculated, due to the fact that another card was revealed by a spell with the same name on the previous turn. This player is obviously EXPLOITING this bug because why else would you play a card that dealt 3 damage to a 4 toughness creature? They should banned. I conceded and took a loss in ranked because I'm not going to play against a bugged mechanic when the player is knowingly exploiting it.

You can reveal a card that was already revealed. The opponent's hand clearly shows TWO dragons revealed, so the Invasion dealing 4 damage is correct. Your opponent COULD have chosen to reveal only one dragon or even none (despite one being known already), but with two dragons in hand, reavealing both to kill your creature is legal and expected.
Also note, that the reveal ends when the effect caring about it is finished. Arena shows you the card that was revealed even afterwards, because you know about it, to lessen memory issues and note taking. But the card is hidden, not revealed anymore.
