Jeskai Revelation bug - Other actions fail to resolve when targets are removed.
I targeted two of my opponent's creatures with bounce and damage action. In response, my opponent cast a spell that destroyed both of my targets.
According to the rules of Magic: The Gathering, since the other abilities of Jeskai Revelation (create two Monk tokens, gain 4 life, and draw 2 cards) do not have targets, they should have resolved successfully.
Instead, the entire spell was countered.
This behavior seems to be a bug, as it does not follow the official rules for resolving a spell with multiple modes.
Thank you for your time and assistance in looking into this.

According to the rules, if a spell or ability with targets loses all its targets, it fizzles, and NONE of its effects happen.
608. Resolving Spells and Abilities

It’s removed from the stack and, if it’s a spell, put into its owner’s graveyard. [...]
