SUGGESTION: if you have an empty library, a stop should be automatically placed on your upkeep
I just lost a game because my opponent milled my library with Riverchurn Monument and I wasn't quick enough to click an upkeep stop. I could have cast Cunning Azurescale's omen to put it back in my library, and name 'land' so that i would fail to seek a land, and then draw Cunning Azurescale. I had a Dragon Typhoon in play so I probably could have won the game by triggering it every turn with azurescale's omen. My suggestion is that if the game detects an empty library, that it automatically stop on my upkeep in case I have an 'out' to avoid losing.

I am not familiar with that particular card interaction, but I have encountered a similar "surprise loss" and I agree that not placing an auto-stop there is a flaw (not bug) in Arena's current implementation.
In any IRL game, this lack-of-stop would never occur.
