MAGIC ARENA : missing card + combo bug
Here are 2 points that aren't normal on Magic Arena :
The card “ Consulate Dreadnought “ should be available on Magic Arena when ”Pioneer" format is selected during deck building…that's not the case.
Bug report : the combo " Storm Herald + Burning Anger + Colossification " is impossible to play.
In fact, when Colossification and Burning Anger are in the graveyard, we should cast Storm Herald, bring back Colossification and Burning Anger from graveyard, with the tap trigger on the stack, activate Burning Anger and deal 23 to the opponent. The problem is that the tap trigger never come.

Burning Anger doesn't have nor grant a triggered ability. It grants an ACTIVATED ability. So all you have to to make the combo work is to actually activate the ability. Which you can do, because Storm Herald has haste. Arena does not activate abilities for you (except mana abilities if autotap is on), you have to do that yourself.
As for Consulate Dreadnaught, it is not on Arena (yet). The Explorer format has been renamed Pioneer, because all the competetively played cards (as surveyed by wizards) are available. Niche cards may or may not be added in the future.
