Unable to Scream destroying things?
I attached Unable to Scream to opponent's Fuel Tank Feaster. Fuel Tank Feaster was destroyed, leaving each card in their respective graveyards.
How does this happen?
Unable to Scream entered from exile from Relic Warder. As soon as I selected where to put Unable to Scream, Feaster just popped instead of becoming a 0/2...I flickered the Relic Warder with Soulherder to release the Scream and declined exiling anything with Relic Warder.
The field had maybe one other thing out there. I swear this has happened before (Unable to Scream just killing cards randomly.) It's almost as if the game registers the creature as a 2/0 for a nano second and then kills it. I have no clue what is going on. Someone check on Unable to Scream.

Did the Fuel Tank Feaster take damage during that turn? If so, reducing its toughness by making it a 0/2 could have been enough to destroy it, since damage remains marked on creatures until the cleanup step.
