I dont have a screenshot and its difficult reproduce in the wild, but, I just had a game where I had Overwhelming Splendor on the battlefield and the opponet cast Craterhoof Behemoth and the enter the battlefield trigger still went on the stack and resolved. This should not be the case. Per the ruling on Overwhelming Splendor:

If a creature enters the battlefield under enchanted player's control, any "when [this creature] enters the battlefield" abilities of that creature won't trigger. Any "as [this creature] enters the battlefield" or "[this creature] enters the battlefield with" abilities won't be applied.

To recreate, just have a game where Overwhelming Splendor is in play and see that the client is not preventing enter the battlefield effects from triggering. Thank you!
