Mill mechanic not working properly
Mill mechanic didn't work in my last game, the opponent had another turn, although he didn't have any cards left to draw.

A player does not lose by having an empty library. A player loses when trying to draw a card from one. So just milling away their library will not give you the win. Unless you make them draw a card during your turn, they will get a turn with an upkeep at least before losing. They can use that upkeep to win if they have the means to do so.
