Bloodletter of Aclazotz / Underworld Dreams
Opponents are only receiving 1 damage from Underworld Dreams per card draw (rather than 2) when Bloodletter of Aclazotz is on the battlefield. Just lost a tight game because this didn't work.

Doesn't seem to be a bug.
Bloodletter only doubles life loss occurring during your turn. If opponent draws a card on their turn, they still only lose 1 life.
