heist and teval
I heisted a card, but I couldn't use the delve that should have been granted by Teval. Teval says "cards you cast have delve" and heist says "...you may cast the card for as long as it remains exiled...". I can't see a rules-based reason why Teval, Arbiter of Virtue wouldn't grant a card I heisted from my opponent Delve.

The heisted card still has its mana cost. Delve can only pay for the generic part of that cost, even if the card you used to heist allows casting with any mana. You cannot delve the colored part.
