increasing vengeance no triggering
Increasing vengeance is not working. To achieve this bug, simply have it in your hand and or graveyard and cast any instant or sorcery and the prompt to trigger it does not happen. I have tried instant and sorceries and both ways it did not work and almost caused me a game.

You have to respond to your own spell. And to do that, you have to enter Full Control BEFORE you start casting it. Only then can you respond to your own spell and cast Increasing Vengeance (it's not a trigger, you have to cast it).
