Apparent bug - Viggo end of Ig's Crossing
Opponent cast Viggo for its transformation cost. This appears to be a bug as the card should be first cast and then transformed. Instead, opponent was able to cast the transformed version right out of their hand. This is the second time I've encountered this, but when I had Viggo I wasn't able to cast it that way.

No, this is a feature of the new set. BOTH halves are castable, because they both have a mana cost. And in addition, you can transform the front into the back via an ability of the front face.
