Can’t cast spells after Karn destroyed a land
I am playing artifact sacrifice in historic and my opponent played a Karn and plus 1 and destroyed one of my indestructible green red artifact lands. On my turn I was unable to play neither a shrapnel blast nor my biotech specialist. I get that I can’t activate artifact abilities but not to cast even biotech specialist? This seems like a bug

All your lands, except the tapped Spire of Industry, are artifacts. And Karn does not let you activate their mana abilities, because those are activated abilities of artifacts. So you cannot tap your lands for mana while Karn is on the field.
