elixir and timing rules
Just curious as to why I can't use elixir during my upkeep before draw phase, if elixir is untapped and I have the available mana why was I not given the option to use elixir after my opponent milled my library . It does not say only use as a sorcery . You guys really need to seriously look into the fundamentals of your game. I haven't been playing very long but I have found several cards or issues that go against the basic foundations of the game.

Arena uses a shortcut to pass priority until you get it in your first main phase. To disable that, you have to set a stop in your upkeep.
