Hare apparent
I see this has been reported both ways of people complaining they can't put more than 1 hare apparent in their brawl deck and other people saying they fighting decks of nothing but hare apparent. From what I can tell the brawl feature only allows 1 card of any particular type aside from land so my question is why do I keep fighting decks with a ton of hare apparents in them if you're only allowed 1 copy of any particular card?

Hare Apparent, and some other cards, have the clause in their card text, that you can put any number of copies into your deck. This overwrites format restrictions. But you have to have the copies. Arena probably sees 1-3 Hare Apparent in the collection, and (falsely) lets you put only one into the deck. With 4 copies in the collection, Arena sees infinite copies, and allows you to add how ever many you want.
