teferi's time twist
Hello, when Teferi's Time Twist is used on a creature, it is exiled, and when it returns, if it had a +1/+1 counter, no more are added. The card mentions that an ‘additional’ counter is added.
I may be mistaken, but just in case, I'll leave it here.

When an object changes zones, it doesn't take its counters with it, those vanish. So the returning permanent gets only one counter from Teferi's Time Twist, plus what it usually would enter with. But counters it had before it got exiled are lost.
