Damage
Just had a match where damage went through to me and was fatal. I had a total of 6 life left. I also had three 2/2 zombies on the battlefield. He had a creature that was 10/8 on the battlefield with trample. I blocked with all three zombie tokens. So the trample damage should have been 4. I would've been left at 2 life. However, it brought me down to -1 life..... make it make sense.....

Basilisk Collar gave Gishath deathtouch. Which means, that in order to trample over only 1 damage was needed per blocker. Because any nonzero amount from a source with deathtouch is lehtal, and that is applied to damage assignment as well.
