Using card with 2 abilities I use the first ability then instead of the card being available it’s not & I have no access to the 2nd ability
I use a card with 2 abilities ie. does 5 damage on one side is a 4/5 flyer on the other. After I cast the 5 dmg the card vanishes back to my deck instead of graveyard?? Any idea how to fix this??

Nothing to fix here. You've cast an OMEN, and Omens go back into the library. You are confusing that with an ADVENTURE, which goes to exile. Omens are not Adventures, they work differently. Neither goes to the graveyard after resolving.
