parting gust
Parting Gust did not work properly. I exiled my own creature on my opponent's turn without promising the gift, but when their turn ended, my creature was not put back onto the battlefield. It was not until my next end step that my creature returned. This is very different functionality than I have experienced previously, and it is not how the card is written. Therefore, I believe this to be a bug.

Actually, that may have been the case, unfortunately. I might have cast it on their end step. So tough to tell sometimes.

If you cast Parting Gust in the oponent's end step, then the next end step will be your turn's end step. If you want the creature returned in your opponent's end step already, you have to cast the spell in their second main phase at the latest.
