I was playing new Powered Cube and opponent Flashback 2U Echo of Eons, discarded both of our hands, but he drew 7 and I drew none. Massive bug costed me the game.

Narset, Parter of Veils not letting you draw those cards is not a bug, it is her ability functioning properly.
