The knitter and guide, Yela and Oski (white 3 rare creature marvel) are on my field with instant designated, but the march of the underworld lights is cast for 1 exile and 1 white mana, and my knitter and guide are exiled.

So? Neither cost increases nor cost reduction change the actual mana value of an object. Yera and Oski ALWAYS have a mana value of 3.
