unable to choose blocking order on creatures while attacking
I just lost a game because it wouldn't let me choose blocking order on creatures while I was attacking, the “done” button wouldn't highlight. I had a ton of equipment on the field, sword of wealth, cloudsteel curin so I couldn't lose the game. I had negative 700 life and opponent had over 1,000. I went to attack him, and it happened.

There is no blocking order anymore, the game of Magic has done away with that. You now simply assign damage among the blockers (and with trample the player/planeswalker/battle) as you like (trampling over still requires assigning lethal damage to all blockers first). If you read what the game asks of you, you know what to do:
Assign Combat Damaage
Use Arrows to assign damageThose arrows are above and below the blockers's assigned damage numbers, those that cannot be used currently are grayed out. Once you have a legal damage assignment, the Done button becomes usable.
