Quistis Trepe's Blue Magic doesn't trigger Laelia, the Blade Reforged
Repro
1. Have an instant or sorcery in your graveyard
2. Play Laelia
3. Make sure you have enough mana to play Quistis and the instant or sorcery card in your graveyard
4. Play Quistis
5. Then play the instant/sorcery from your graveyard with her ETB trigger
6. Once this card is played it goes into exile from it's previous zone which was graveyard
7. This should trigger Laelia's +1/+1 counter ability, but it doesn't

The card went from the graveyard TO THE STACK like all spells, resolved, and then went directly to exile. No zone change from library or graveyard to exile here, so Laelia didn't care, her trigger condition was not fulfilled.
