twin blade sacrifices previously equipped creature
while playing in the new Avatar set Jump In event.
played "twin blade" and attached to "deserter's disciple".
attacked with deserter's disciple, then played "Mai, jaded edge".
when I tried to move twin blade onto Mai, deserter's disciple was sacrificed/destroyed wih no apperent reason
log file from a few seconds after witnessing the bug is attached

in case it wasn't clear, the disciple was not blocked and/or had any damage marked on it

You removed a toughness bonus to an already damaged creature. Since damage stays marked on creatures until the cleanup step, it can accumulate, and it can become lethal if toughness is reduced. Your creature got destroyed for having received lethal damage.
