illegal cards in standard bo1
i do standard bo1 (atm platinum level 3) both pc and phone .
always i found players with illegal cards for that format, most of the are of set "phyrexia all will be one" like phyrexian arena, while i am sure to playing standard.
cheat or bug?

Phyrexian Arena is in Foundations, and thus legal in Standard. ALL versions of a legal card are legal.

Its not a bug, some powerfull cards get reprint in this set and they are legal now. For example Heartless Act
