Town Greeter takes land from exile with Rest in Peace in play
Just as the title says with Rest in Peace in play Town Greeter is still able to take a land.
Also saw some other bugged interactions with Rest in Peace here so there is probably the problem.

Nothing wrong here. The cards were milled, they just went to exile instead of the graveyard. But the Greeter doesn't care were the cards went, only that they were milled into a public zone. It can grab a card from there if it was milled this way.
