Bug Report – “Sigarda’s Summons” not consistently applying to Earthbent non-creatures
Hi,
I’d like to report a bug involving Sigarda’s Summons.
It seems that the card does not consistently work with non-creature permanents that have been turned into creatures via Earthbend. The behavior is very inconsistent:
Sometimes the Earthbent non-creatures become 4/4 Angels with flying, as they should.
Sometimes they only gain flying, but do not become 4/4.
And sometimes they gain no benefits at all from Sigarda’s Summons.
I’ve tested this across multiple matches and the results appear random. It looks like Sigarda’s Summons doesn’t always recognize Earthbent non-creatures as valid targets for the replacement effect.
Could this interaction be reviewed?

Both Sigarda's summons and earthbend set base p/t. The later effect wins out. so any eathbended permanent will be a 0/0 plus counters, because that is the later effect. Any permanent earthbended before the Summons hit the field will be a 4/4 plus counters.
Also, there is no replacement effect. Sigarda's Summons only has a static ability changing base p/t, abilities and types. Take away all counters on the creature and it will no longer have any of those benefits.
