Waterbending didn't allow for reaction from Yue
I had Yue, the moon spirit in play, along with 4 other utnapped creatures, and, amongst others, an Aang's iceberg in hand. I planned to block and then tap to waterbend the iceberg out. This failed to be an option leaving me in an unfavourable combat.

You cannot tap Yue for her own waterbending. She needs to tap for the activation of the ability already. So Yue plus 4 untapped creatures is not enough to pay the cost. Yue plus five untapped creatures would do.
