Iceberg Cancrix bug
If Iceberg Cancrix attempts to mill cards from a library with 1 card in it, it will not mill any cards, when it should mill the one card.

Impossible options cannot be chosen. If there is only one card left in the tafrgeted player's library, they cannot mill two cards, so you cannot choose that. Making not milling the only possible "choice".
