Ulamog bug
I played against Ulamog on Arena Brawl. Ulamog has indestructible. And I used toxic deluge and did -X/-X enough to remove Ulamog even though it has indestructible but did not work so I think there is a bug. -x/-x gets around indestructible.

Indeed it does, and that is not a bug. Indestructible does not mean unkillable. Reducing a creature's toughness to 0 or less WILL kill it, indestructible or not. Because it invokes a different state based action, one that does not use the destroy action, but simply puts the creature into the graveyard.
704.5f If a creature has toughness 0 or less, it’s put into its owner’s graveyard. Regeneration can’t
replace this event.
