Phyrexian Vindicator
Hi all,
Just played Midweek Brawl event and my Phyrexian Vindicator was just burnt away by two plain red damage spells. I am pretty sure these two instants/sorceries had no special mechanic to bypass Vindicator's damage protection. There was no trigger to prevent or redirect any damage. Seems to me like bug.
Unfortunately, I forgot to make a screenie.

Opponent likely played a spell that says "Damage can't be prevented", such as the Stomp adventure on Bonecrusher Giant.
