BUG: unable to cast Primevals' Glorious Rebirth
Platform: PC (Steam)
During a game of Brawl, my opponent cast Fell the Mighty, destroying his commander (The First Sliver), my commander (Jodah, the Unifier), and each of my other creatures. I chose to allow my commander to remain in my graveyard instead of moving him to the command zone. On my follow up turn, however, I was unable to cast Primeval's Glorious Rebirth despite having appropriate mana available to do so.

It's a LEGENDARY sorcery. Legendary instants and sorceries can only be cast if you control a legendary creature or planeswalker. Which you did not, because all of those were destroyed.
