Never Got Priority
bfj seam ripped my fog bank, even though I had 2 untapped islands and a Dive Down and an Offer in my hand. Never got priority to respond or counter the spell.

Because your opponent has Kutzil on the field. That card does not allow you to cast any spells during your opponent's turn.
