Spiralling cards
Hi, I have more and more matches where my opponents play the cads "Bloodthirsty Conqueror" and "Enduring Tenacity". As soon as one of the cards activates, I loose in one move, because the effect (I loose one live, opponent wins one live) never ends. This seems not to be in the spirit of the game.

MTGA could mitigate this loop by implementing rule 104.4b:
104.4b If a game that’s not using the limited range of influence option (including a two-player game) somehow enters a “loop” of mandatory actions, repeating a sequence of events with no way to stop, the game is a draw. Loops that contain an optional action don’t result in a draw.

As mentioned many times on this forum, there are many known infinite-combos with Bloodthirsty Conqueror ( https://edhrec.com/combos/bloodthirsty-conqueror ). I concur that these are not in the spirit of the game--nor really ANY 2-card blind combos.
Sadly, WotC has taken no steps to ban the card. Your only option is to simply refuse to play with or against it.
