Apparently, WotC developers can't do basic rectangle math to correctly utilize the Unity engine's render pipeline https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.high-definition@17.0/manual/Dynamic-Resolution.html .
I have little confidence this will be fixed in even the mid-term.
