opponent has too many cards
this is the last time that i will post about this I am no longer going to play arena until this is fixed. I continue to play against opponents who have hacked the game in some way that they have too many cards in their deck. You have lost a customer. Its pathetic that this has been allowed to go on for so long, but then again, I should expect your company to put out a shoddy product and charge people for it.

Rezzahan is correct.
That said, "jank towers" that are grossly off-format are, generally, not allowed in FNM tournaments and (most) LGS events (unless it's a "casual chaos night").
I think Arena should have a "strict on-format" variant as it would be trivial to code.
Given the apples vs oranges combinatorics, I just insta-conceded to these decks back when I played.

Learn the rules. This is no hack. A deck over 60 cards is LEGAL, because there is NO MAMIMUM DECK SIZE in the game. Arena imposes a limit at 250, for performance reasons, but that's it. There is no rule that says that a deck has to be exactly 60 cards. Stop complaining about this nonissue.
60 card decks are commonly accepted as best practice for decks, but this is deckbuilding theory, not ironclad rule.
