Restoration Magic does not apply all affects
Restoration Magic Indestructible Fails
Opponent targeted all creatures with X or less mana cost on the board to have their abilities removed and then be destroyed. I cast Restoration magic at base cost. This did not prevent the destruction of the creature despite the creature now having both hexproof and indestructible.
It appears as though the indestructible function of restoration magic does not function as the card reads.

@ Rezzz. Indestructible is added after and the only way around it is through sacrificing. This is a big and it needs to be fixed

Same thing happened to me today. Day of black sun was played and I played restoration magic tier 3 curaga in the stack so they gained hexproof AND indestructible until end of turn AFTER they lose all abilities. Which wasn't needed since indestructible and hexproof aren't abilities and can't be removed. URGENT BUG NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP.

It does not:
115.10. Spells and abilities can affect objects and players they don’t target. In general, those objects and
players aren’t chosen until the spell or ability resolves. See rule 608, “Resolving Spells and
Abilities.”115.10a Just because an object or player is being affected by a spell or ability doesn’t make that
object or player a target of that spell or ability. Unless that object or player is identified by the
word “target” in the text of that spell or ability, or the rule for that keyword ability, it’s not a
target.115.10b In particular, the word “you” in an object’s text doesn’t indicate a target.

Your absolutely right. I didn't think about it removing abilites. However shouldnt the hexproof ability have prevented the spell from targeting my creature or does "all" keyword not constitute "targeting"?

You already mentioned the reason why this is not a bug: all your creatures' abilities were removed. And since you cast Restoration Magic in response to Final showdown, any abilities granted by Restoration Magic are granted before Final Showdown removes all abilities, then they get removed when FS resolves. This includes indestructible and hexproof.
