Primal Wellspring not copying correctly
When copying Magma Opus with Primal Wellspring, I'm unable to correctly choose my targets for the spell. The first iteration of the spell works fine, but the second (copy) doesn't allow me to correctly choose targets, usually forcing me to target multiple things before working. Often times those are things that are already targeted by the original spell.

The number of targets and the division of damage between them are fixed for the copy the same way they are fixed for the original. You cannot change them, the copying effect does not allow for that. You can only choose different targets to receive the same distribution as the original among as many targets. Them's the rules.
