Dark patterns. Forcing us to events in game menus.
Feedback for WOTC.
The ability to give feedback is extremely polluted, by your design. Do you believe this is good for your customers to not be able to report players easily for stalling? And leaving feedback for you to improve?
You have changed the in game menus so that instead of being able to play Standard, Alchemy games etc you are priming me for the events I have 0 interest in. This is a dark design pattern and a manipulation trick that is toxic. I do not want to have to press esc just to get into the menu I want to have to press "Play" again to get into my games. You should be ashamed of yourselves for milking out every cent from your customers and also providing a ton of useless content that does absolutely nothing for most players other than increasing game time. You have lost my respect. I hope you regain it.

I have, unfortunately, come to the same conclusion as Ampersundae.
Somewhere along the way in the past 5 years or so, WotC stopped caring about making Arena a software product of even the bare minimum of workmanlike quality, let alone having good game design or fostering a healthy player-base.
Arena atm is just about provisioning the absolute bare minimum of resources to publish new cards under 3rd party IPs.

I have a feeling they won't be regaining your respect. Look at this website. The suggestion two after you is spam for buying fake currencies around the world. That's definitely illegal. They don't even do the bare minimum to attend to this website. I've reported plenty of posts for being straight up racist, but they don't give a **** and those posts stay up, and the poster is free to do it all over and over again.
Wizards is just one of those ****** companies that rake in money, but can't spare a dime on giving back to the customer buy hiring at least one person to listen. If a single individual from the company spent an hour a week dedicated to this website even that would be an improvement.
