Toxrill plus one clone killed creatures with 3 toughness in one end step.
Opponent had two of Toxrill the Corrosive in play (original + 1 clone). At their end step, both of my 3 toughness creatures died. Two Toxrills should only place two -1/-1 counters, leaving my creatures alive with 1 toughness each.

Each Toxrill placed a counter on your creatures, so two counters each. Each Toxrill also gives -X/-X where is is the number of ***** counters on those creatures. So -2/-2 twice, for a total of -4/-4.
