Unable to earn EXP or rewards on Mastery after purchasing the Mastery pass. I am stuck on level 38 (300/1000), even after winning several games in a row.

Only the first 10 victories each day get you EXP (25 per victory). A completed daily quest nets you 500 EXP. The first 15 weekly victories also gain you 250 EXP each. And sometimes wizards gifts EXP for reasons. But you cannot gain unlimited EXP per day no matter how many games you win.
