1 Play Secret Identity to Valley Floodcaller
2 Play non creature spell
3 Dose not induce FloodCaller's ability

It did not lose its abilities. It lost its creature types. Because Secret Identity changed that to ONLY Citizen or Hero, depending on the mode used. So it was not an Otter anymore, Nor a Wizard.
